You represent legal capacity to contract and accuracy of submitted data, and you remain solely responsible for account credentials and all actions under your account, whether or not directly performed by you.

4. Platform Nature and Clinical Non-Responsibility
BookMyCare is a technology facilitation platform and does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, emergency response, or clinical supervision. Providers are independent and solely responsible for clinical decisions, outcomes, prescriptions, reports, and care quality.

5. Emergency Exclusion
BookMyCare is not an emergency service. In emergencies, you must contact authorized emergency channels and emergency-care providers immediately.

6. Booking, Queue, and Operational Variability
Appointments, queue flow, cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling are operationally variable and may change due to provider, system, payment, legal, security, or network conditions without liability on BookMyCare.

7. Fees, Payments, Refunds, and Settlements
Fees, taxes, and payment flows may involve third-party processors and provider-specific rules. Refund/cancellation results may vary and may be delayed, rejected, reversed, or adjusted due to provider policy, payment processor controls, fraud checks, or legal requirements.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Use
You must use the platform lawfully and must not engage in abuse, impersonation, fraud, reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, malware activity, or unlawful content operations. BookMyCare may suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion where risk or non-compliance is identified.

9. Communications and Notices
You consent to receive service, legal, security, and operational communications through app notifications, SMS, email, phone, and other registered channels.

10. Intellectual Property and Limited License
All platform rights remain with BookMyCare or its licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use platform services as permitted by these Terms.

BookMyCare may rely on third-party providers, payment processors, communication systems, hosting services, and external links that are governed by separate terms. BookMyCare is not responsible for third-party performance, security, continuity, availability, or outcomes.

BookMyCare and all related persons/entities are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, contractual, tortious, statutory, medical, financial, technical, reputational, or other loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with platform use.

You irrevocably waive and release claims against BookMyCare and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BookMyCare and related persons/entities from all claims, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use, misuse, violations, disputes, or third-party claims.

15. Governing Law, Disputes, and Updates
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes may be resolved through binding individual arbitration seated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We may revise Terms at any time, and continued use means acceptance; if you do not agree, you must stop using all BookMyCare services immediately.
